Review

Well I am happy that tomorrow is Friday. Looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend. This past week has been less than pleasant. Too much work, too much paper, too much negative energy. Ick!

Anywho, as promised I saw the dcoumentary of the life of Frida Kahlo. It was on last night on PBS. Fot those of you that haven't realized it, I watch PBS a lot. It was pretty good, detailed and well rounded (at least I thought it was). I will admit though that I fell asleep about 3/4ths of the way through but not because I was bored but because I was so tired. I wish I could have seen the whole thing and hope they re-air the show. I have never seen the movie (Salma Hayek, Double Ick!) so I didn't know that much about this woman until now. Pretty rough life but she was a talented chick.

For those that are interested, check the PBS web site for your local listing (I sound like the PBS commercial) to see if they will show it again in your area.

AHHH!! I watched the Frida documentary too, it was so great! I loved it, I wished I had taped it, she is just amazing - as a person and as a painter. I do like the Salma movie too though (i have the dvd if you'd like to borrow it but I'm guessing by the double ICK that you don't like Salma Hayek!)
